Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales and Lead Generation Executives to join our sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are keen to start a career in sales and marketing. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and nurturing leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Lead Generation:**
- Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company’s target customer profile.
2. **Telesales:**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.
3. **Follow-Up and Nurturing:**
- Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Freshers with a passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
