VsnapU is a young and energetic startup from IIM Bangalore that's looking for an exceptional Sales Manager for online leads! We have a team of versatile tele callers that we look forward to grow, under the leadership of an experienced sales-centric manager!

Responsibilities

You should knows how to
• Train and supervise the team to filter leads, identify hot leads, mature them, and get them converted.
• Build the team by taking interviews for the team as well as bringing in referrals.
• Take daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting and project the same to management
• Detailed working on grass root details like the pitch, product description, and creative being sent out to the client.
• Identify technical details like the average number of calls, ideal call duration, conversion rate, and percentage.
• Study and keep changing the incentives slab to keep the team motivated.
• Give inputs on sales channels pan India through direct B2C marketing as well as classified listings.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales / Marketing.
• At least 2 years of Experience in online sales.
• Additional marketing and sales courses give an extra edge.
• Technical terminologies and industry jargon should be very handy.
• CPC, CPL, CAC, etc should be the strong end
