Telesales Representative

This is a full-time Tele Sales Role at iTech Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd. The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing B2B leads and New Client Acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Telesales professional with 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will generate sales leads, reach out to potential customers via telephone, and close sales deals. The Telesales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

 Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and generate sales leads.

 Identify customer needs and provide information about Alibaba’s subscription to address inquiries and concerns.

 Present persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

 Utilize sales techniques to close sales deals.

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

 Achieve and exceed sales targets.

 Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.

 Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).

 Proven track record of success in tele sales, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce company.

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.

 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

 Goal-oriented mind-set with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
