Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi, capable of working in the UK shift, and possess a strong passion for sales. You will be responsible for selling our services over the phone, meeting sales targets, and collaborating closely with our marketing team to drive business growth.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Execution:** Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential clients, effectively presenting and selling our services.
- **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and deadlines.
- **Customer Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Coordination with Marketing:** Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated with the latest product and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
• *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales or a related sales role.
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- **Sales Skills:** Strong persuasive abilities and excellent objection-handling skills.
- **Target-Oriented:** Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Team Collaboration:** Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with other departments.
- **Availability:** Willingness to work in the UK shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
