Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and identify potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and present suitable product or service solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Demonstrate excellent convincing and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
Handle objections and provide accurate information to prospective customers.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Attend virtual meetings and training sessions as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
