About the Role Name of the Position : Telecaller Job Type: Full Time Qualifacation: High school diploma, Any Graduate Location : Greater Noida West Job Description for Telesales Executive Role & Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential customers or leads, which may involve cold calling, following up on inquiries, or collaborating with marketing for lead generation. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the product or service and gauge their interest. Product Presentation: Present the product or service effectively, emphasizing its value and addressing any objections or questions that arise. Closing Sales: Use persuasive sales techniques to close deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Customer Service: Offer exemplary post-sale customer service, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting: Regularly provide reports to management detailing sales performance, target achievements, and areas of potential improvement. Primary Skills: Ability to identify and generate leads.
