Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Teller located in the Orange County and Middletown, NY area. The Senior Teller will be responsible for performing various day-to-day banking tasks, including processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy in cash handling. The Senior Teller will also assist with training and mentoring junior tellers.

Qualifications
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to provide accurate and efficient banking services
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with banking software and technology
• Ability to work well in a team and mentor junior tellers
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings
• Prior 3+ years of experience in a banking or financial institution is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
