• * Temporary HR Assistant – 6 Months Initially – Poss. to Perm - £14.00 Per Hour + Holiday Pay – Didcot – Hybrid after 2 months – 1 to 2 days Home **

About the Role:
Step into a dynamic HR environment where you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR activities and exciting projects. From helping shape recruitment processes to championing employee relations, this is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of HR.
Duties will include:
• Assisting with daily HR operations and responding to internal/external queries
• Coordinating recruitment from job postings to candidate feedback
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HR system
• Assisting with employee relations and taking notes during cases
• Overseeing the new starter process and ensuring smooth onboarding
• Managing the leaver process and conducting exit interviews
• Supporting UK payroll administration and global HR initiatives
• Updating the HRIS
