As the Receptionist, you will be the face of our company!
From answering calls to maintaining a tidy lobby, your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating a positive atmosphere for our customers and colleagues
Direct callers and/or visitors to appropriate person / place
Greet and welcome guests, customers and participants of training classes
Maintain Welcome Board (in lobby)
Maintain sign-in register
Distribute company mail
Sign for packages, certified / registered mail (contact recipient)
Maintain Mailroom supplies
Software Training Class and Corporate Demos
Have participants sign-in (first day)
Provide name badges
For training classes, provide the Trainer with updated count information, classroom supplies, etc
For demos, welcome guests and prepare name badges as needed
Maintain a professional and tidy appearance of office lobby and mailroom
Ensure Telephones / Cisco is working properly, Computer System is up and running, etc
informing IT immediately as needed for any issues on the above processes
Operating the front door access system
Backup on making changes to the min/max temperatures on the thermostats in the office through the web interface
provide instructions to colleagues covering position when out of the office

Biesse is seeking a Temporary Receptionist (full time) for a 4 to 6 week assignment starting January 7. • Answer main switchboard in a professional manner. Direct callers and/or visitors to appropriate person / place.

Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative position
• Associates degree or equivalent industry experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be comfortable in an office setting and available Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm.
