Tender Executive - Solar

ey Responsibilities:

Tender Identification & Analysis
Track and analyze relevant government and private sector tender portals (e.g., GEM, NTPC, SECI, state portals).
Evaluate eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial conditions.
Tender Preparation & Submission
Prepare all documents required for tender submission, including technical and commercial bids.
Coordinate with design, engineering, finance, and legal teams for necessary inputs.
Ensure bids are submitted accurately and on time.
Documentation Management
Maintain records of all submitted tenders, pre-bid queries, amendments, and clarifications.
Ensure timely renewal and submission of company documents such as GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, etc.
Liaison & Coordination
Communicate with government departments, PSUs, and private clients for tender clarifications and follow-ups.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.
Highlight potential risks in terms of contractual obligations and suggest mitigation plans.
Post-Bid Activities
Track bid results and debriefs.
Support in LOA (Letter of Award) acceptance and initial contract documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Familiarity with e-tendering portals (GEM, SECI, NTPC, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Knowledge of basic commercial terms and legal documentation.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with EPC solar tenders (Rooftop/Utility scale).
Understanding of government procurement policies.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask efficiently.

Pay: ₹+,125.07 - ₹30,000.00 per month
