Key Responsibilities
TO ENSURE TECHNICAL ENHANCEMENT BY ADHERING TO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR FIRST TIME FIX AND TO GIVE FASTER RESOLUTION TO THE CUSTOMER.
ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY MANAGING ALL THE SYSTEMS AND PROCESS AT THE DEALERSHIP LEVEL.
ENSURE DEALERSHIP PROFITABILITYBY PROVIDING BEST SERVICE AND APRROACHING MAXIMUM CUSTOMERS.
ENSURE TO ACHIEVE THE BUSINESS PARAMETERS BASED ON HEROMOTOCORP TARGET.
MANPOWER MANAGEMENT AT THE DEALERSHIP LEVEL TO ENHANCE THEIR ROLE CLARITY TO IMPROVE THEIR EFFFICIENCY.
