Brief About the Organisation
Company is acknowledged as a leading plastic company in the design and manufacture of rotational moulded plastic insulated products and injection moulded products for both packing and non-packing applications. They manufacture and deliver products with PUR and PE insulation as well as without insulation in single and double walls. Their customers include large multinational companies, export- oriented food companies to small ice-cream vendors, fishermen and retailers. Their products are exported to customers across the globe through our wide network of agents and distributors present across the world.
Purpose & Eligibility criteria of the Job:
Develop the sales of company products by targeting different Segments in Tamil Nadu .
Will be responsible for Entire Sales and marketing for Tamil Nadu
Should be willing to travel across Tamil Nadu
Base location preferable is Chennai Or Madurai
Experience of handling multiple territory will be preferred.
Age below 40 will be preferred
Should be fluent in Tamil language is must.
KEY TASKS:
Grow the sales in the territory through direct interaction with end Customers and Dealers, promotion of the offerings, searching for new opportunities within the targeted product- and market segments.
Direct Marketing & Corporate Sells.
Ready to take care of multiple territories and hardcore sales & Field Sales if required.
Ensure appropriate availability of the products by developing the Dealer network.
Develop the Distributor Relationship within the scope of the Distributor strategy.
Monitor the activities of the competitors in the territory and understand their strategy.
Develop new Segments in the territory in accordance with the long-term strategy.
Understand the customer needs and translate into new product ideas to be transferred to the NPD department for further process.
Maintaining the relationship with all concerned corporate, public & government
QUALICATION / EXPERIENCES / KNOWLEDGE:
Graduate in any discipline MBA or similar degree will be an added advantage Require more than 3+ years of experience for this profile Knowledge of different types of sales and requisite documentation, presentation requirementdepartments.

Salary: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
