Job Opening: Territory Sales Executive
Location: Jaipur, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Company Overview: Orvi Design Studio is committed to expanding its market presence and boosting sales across various regions. We are looking to hire dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Executives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and individuals from other industries to grow within our organization.
Position Summary: The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales in their designated territories. They will undergo an initial training period in Jaipur, where they will receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training in stones, furniture, and designing. After training, they will be stationed at one of our headquarters in Delhi, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
• Engage in rapport building and networking within the territory.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications:
• Good personality and polished demeanour.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
• A strong desire to bring in business and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
• Quick learner and adaptable to new challenges.
• Freshers or candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
• Initial salary: ₹4 - 5 LPA.
• Lucrative sales incentives of up to 100% of the salary post-deployment at respective HQs.
Training Program:
• The training program in Jaipur will span one month and will include:
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of stones, furniture, and designing.
• Weekly training modules prepared by Heads of Departments (HODs) based on different departmental functions.
• An evaluation at the end of the training period; candidates who pass will continue with the company, while others may be advised to improve or exit.
