Job description
Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to achieve monthly sales targets in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up distribution networks, acquiring customers, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy: Identify, negotiate, and acquire key customers in institutions, e-commerce, and other channels.
• Distribution Management: Establish and maintain distribution agreements with volume commitments.
• Reporting and Tracking: Submit accurate and timely sales reports on a weekly basis and track competition activities in the market.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and motivate third-party sales teams to meet productivity targets.
• Beat Planning: Develop daily sales plans for sales teams at outlet levels and track secondary sales at distributor beat levels.
Customer-Facing Roles
• Monthly Sales Planning: Break down primary sales plans by distributor and share budgets and secondary sales plans with distributors at the start of each month.
• Stock Monitoring: Track stock levels at customer ends and coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely product supply.
• Quality Control: Ensure minimum damage and expiry at outlets and educate channel partners on quality standards.
• Customer Engagement: Identify opportunities to engage customers through caterer loyalty programs, college festivals, and similar events.
Financial Management
• Payment Receipt: Ensure timely receipt of payments from customers and channel partners.
• Trade Claims: Validate trade claims received from distributors and submit them on time.
• Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling key accounts and distributors as required.
