The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field. Responsibilities • To Analyze the market potential of respective territory in terms of Market size, Market Growth rate, competition, profitability consumer and product generate potential leads for future sales • To Provide a timely, accurate and updated hospital data bank of the respective territories to facilitate market analysis. • To accurately track and provide information on secondary pricing in the market and to quote agreed product pries from the authority • Prepare the sales budget for the respective territories in terms of Individual and team expenses, Conferences and work shop expenses. • To achieve 100% of agreed targets both in terms of revenue and product • To plan and analyze the required Inventory/stock at distributors end and to ensure sufficient stock for immediate order fulfillment. • Follow up on Hospitals/Doctors to ensure they are satisfied with product quality Qualifications • Bachelor's degree • 2-5 years of medical device or pharma experience required.
