The primary responsibility is to manage a team of Sales Consultants (SCs) and drive profitable sales growth
As a leader, the Sales Manager is responsible for coaching and mentoring SCs, creating a high-performance culture, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve district targets
This role demands strong leadership qualities, sales acumen, and the ability to positively impact behavior within the sales team
Develop strategies to enhance the performance and progression of Sales Consultants within the district
Arrange one-on-one coaching sessions with SCs to boost their performance results
