Mablay Beauty (VINCÉ) is looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager, with a track record of driving sales in FMCG and Personal Care Products or Cosmetics.
The candidate’s responsibilities are delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the sales team’s performance, and preparing concise sales reports.
Below are the details:
Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Promoting the organization and its products.
Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers to grow sales.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Able to keep up-to-date with products and competitors.
It's an outdoor job, and most of his time will be spent in the Field/Market.
Qualifications:
Business Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in Cosmetic, FMCG, or Personal Care Products.
Location: Abbottabad
