**Job Title**: TGT Art and Craft Teacher
• *Location**: Kanha Makhan Public School
• *Salary**: 12k to 15K
• *Position Type**: Full-time
• *Job Summary**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in art and craft, including drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, and various crafting techniques, in line with the curriculum.
- Encourage students to experiment with different materials, techniques, and artistic styles to express their creativity.
- Develop students' skills in visual arts and craftwork, ensuring progression in their understanding and abilities.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom environment where students feel confident to explore their artistic talents.
- Organize and display student artwork throughout the school to celebrate their creativity and progress.
- Teach students about famous artists, art history, and the cultural significance of different art forms.
- Prepare students for participation in school exhibitions, art competitions, and other related events.
- Maintain art supplies and equipment, ensuring that materials are used safely and responsibly.
- Provide regular feedback on students’ work, fostering an environment of growth and improvement.
• *Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Experience teaching art and craft to students in middle school (Classes 6-10).
- Strong understanding of different art techniques, materials, and mediums.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for art and teaching, with the ability to inspire students.
• *Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with organizing art exhibitions and craft fairs.
- Knowledge of art history and cultural arts, with the ability to incorporate them into lessons.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance art education (digital art, graphic design tools).
