TGT English Teacher

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines and educational objectives.
• Teach English language and literature to students in grades 6 to 10, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Assess student learning through quizzes, tests, projects, and other forms of evaluation, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement, providing additional support or enrichment as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success and address academic and behavioral concerns.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required.
• Stay current with developments in English language teaching pedagogy and educational best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. or teaching certification preferred).
• TGT qualification as per local education regulations.
• Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE or ICSE school.
• Strong knowledge of English language, literature, grammar, and writing conventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic growth and personal development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
