Job Description:

Are you a creative hustler with a passion for 3D motion design and animation? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities? If so, we want you on our team!

As a 3D Motion Designer, you’ll be responsible for turning creative concepts into visually striking animations and 3D motion graphics. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and make a significant impact on both our brand and our clients’ projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and animate compelling 3D motion graphics and visual effects.
• Create high-quality 3D animations for advertisements, product demos, and social content.
• Develop storyboards and conceptual designs to effectively communicate ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to deliver engaging content.
• Optimize 3D assets for various platforms while maintaining design integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new software, and techniques to enhance workflow and creativity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a 3D Motion Designer (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D software.
• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of motion design principles, timing, and composition.
• Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new tools, techniques, and creative avenues.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D motion design work.
