As a Ticketing Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting our box office operations. This role involves handling ticketing processes, customer interactions, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and efficient ticket purchasing experience for our patrons, all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This full-time position typically follows a 9 AM to 4 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, though flexibility is expected, as occasional shifts during evenings and weekends may be required.
