About This Role
An exciting opportunity awaits an organized and self-motivated individual to step into the vital role of Maintenance Supervisor at our Toowoomba facilities.
This position is central to ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, directly impacting safety, efficiency, and the overall reputation of our organization.
In This Role You Will
Lead and inspire a team of Maintenance Officers, workers, and volunteers.
Oversee contractors to ensure high standards of service and safety.
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, groundskeeping, and preventative upkeep.
Manage compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a culture of zero harm.
Coordinate resources and schedules to maintain seamless operations.

To Be Suitable For The Position, Ideally You Have
A trade qualification;
A minimum of two years' experience in a maintenance or handyman role;
Proven leadership experience;
Strong organisational skills;
The ability to use computerised management systems.
Possess or willingness to obtain;
A current drivers licence
A national Police Certificate
Influenza vaccinations
