For our project in Bangalore, we are looking for a Track Alignment Designer with minimum 4+ Years of Experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understands and adheres to Regulations, codes and standards required for project delivery.
• Understands and adheres to quality standards required for project delivery, based on project specific Quality assurance manual.
• Drafts Reports / Design Calculation Notes and review drawings prepared by CAD engineers in terms of quality plan
• Assists Sr. Design Engineers or Principal Engineer in delivering Project tasks.
• Coordinates with CAD engineers / BIM Team
• Creates templates required for Design works
• Support Graduate Engineers for on job training about the project requirement quality standards.
• Creating Corridors, Cross Sections as per clients’ requirement.
• Create Models using software for Track Modelling like ProVI / Civil 3D
• Work with LIDAR point clouds, manage, verify and control surveys and ground surface data for design requirements;
• Developing track alignment, profile, and associated grading
• Any other assignments by the mentor / Sr. Design Engineer / Principal Design Engineer
Qualification & Experience:
• Require a minimum working experience of at least 4 years.
• Should have experience of working in Track Alignment Design in Rail Projects minimum 3 years
• Should have worked in Indian and international projects, preferably both urban and greenfield conditions.
• Should have experience of working in any of the environment: Auto Desk Civil 3D, Bentley Power Rail Track / Open rail Designer suite or similar software.
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills in conjunction with innovative thinking;
• Should have knowledge of applicable industry code standards.
• Should have experience in the analysis and documentation of railway engineering works and processes from concept to advanced design stages.
• Having experience in creating alignment model by regression will be value ad.
