Job Profile Job Description: Trade Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities: - Leading activation programs with partners to significantly improve in-store and market visibility for all brands leading to higher market share. - Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for retailers and manage the Trade Marketing budget. - Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plans, setting and tracking brand sales targets in line with sales and marketing objectives. - Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities. - Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions, local cross promotions / collabs, and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with brand marketing and sales teams. - Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure PL brand visibility and setting and maintaining VM / display guidelines. - Being the eyes and ears for business bycapturing competition activities, need gaps, expectations and requirements of retail partners and end consumers. - Designing and executing retailer loyalty programs, QPS schemes, Co-managing trade shows / CMAI to bring closure to order books - Be the primary POC for coordinating with demand, supply and trade marketing teams (internal) and the VM agency, retailers, cross promotional / collab partners (external) Desired profile: - Experienced Trade Marketing Managers to drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company. - Having 5-7 years of Experience in FMCG / telecom / pharma industry if with strong educational background OR having 7-10 years of experience in FMCG / telecom - Strong networker & relationship builder Years Of Exp: 5 to 7 Years
