Qualifications

Responsibilities
Join ProMach, a global leader in processing and packaging machinery solutions, as a Trade Show & Events Manager!
In this position you’ll leverage your expertise to manage the execution and logistics of trade shows, events, and group meetings to ensure a consistent brand experience for ProMach’s Integrated Systems & Process Group
Utilize Project Management principles to develop and manage a comprehensive collaborative event project plan for each trade show including but not limited to all set-up/dismantling tasks, literature/media, service bookings, catering and other relevant details
Communicate with each brand’s marketing team regarding the project plan for each trade show to ensure timely execution to minimize waste and inefficiency
Identify and develop relationships with external vendors to meet the needs of the Business Units for both trade shows and group events/meetings, managing these relationships
Negotiate supplier contracts
Create and maintain detailed scope for each vendor, including action items for each awarded initiative, ensuring timely execution and clear communication with all stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, marketing, sales and product brand teams, to align trade show goals with the brand’s objectives
Partner with brand specific marketing team members to ensure consistency of show content with other campaigns
Collaborate with trade show vendors and the corporate trade show/events team to develop booth designs, exhibits, graphics and other required components for booth layouts
Coordinate booth layout, equipment shipment, technology, utilities, booth staff accommodations and registrations; communicating with the marketing team for support
Function as the point of contact for tradeshows and events from set-up to tear down, ensuring accurate display/positioning of all components, on-time delivery for materials or equipment and return shipment to the appropriate site
Collaborate with brand marketing teams to promote trade shows, driving quality traffic to the booth
Develop, track and manage budgets for all trade shows & events, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial guidelines
Partner with the corporate creative team to develop engaging and cohesive displays that consistently reflect each brand’s values and messaging
Set and lead meetings with key stakeholders both before and post event/show to discuss targets, agendas, timelines, logistics and results
Collaborate with internal resources to gather and analyze data from each show or event, including lead generation, attendee feedback and overall performance
Facilitate planning and set up for both event spaces and accommodations, including, but not limited to conference room layouts, audio/visual technology requirements, meals and team-building opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Trade Show & Events Manager for ProMach’s Systems & Process business unit. This group encompasses 21 go-to-market brands and offers a diverse range of equipment and services for processing and packaging machinery production lines. The business unit's offerings include processing and packaging integration and engineering services, digital intelligence, conveyor systems, sterilization systems, tray packaging, flow wrapping, pouch packaging, and more.

In this role, you will…
