The role presents an opportunity for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our team at Lookers Account Office in Stirling Audi.

As a member of the Lookers Audi division, you will assist in various aspects of a busy accounts office environment, working closely with the Accounts and Admin team and Line Managers as necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Review and reconcile Debtors, performing credit control procedures
• Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage cashiering responsibilities, including banking and petty cash
• Support management teams by resolving accounting queries
• Report discrepancies to relevant departmental managers
Requirements:
We seek individuals with prior experience in finance-related roles and strong Microsoft Excel skills, able to efficiently reconcile data.
Maintaining accurate records and demonstrating attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.
Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and showing initiative, are also highly valued.
Effective communication and discretion when handling sensitive information are crucial aspects of this role.
