The Training & Events Coordinator will assist the Training and Events Manger, with the coordination of our current courses and assisting with the roll-out of new courses.

Forensic Access is a leading provider of forensic science services to the Criminal Justice System. We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced Training & Events Coordinator to support the Training and Events Manger. We are ideally looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced and fascinating industry as we roll out our NEW group training proposition.

About The Forensic Access Group

As part of The Forensic Access Group (incorporating Forensic Access/IntaForensics/Alecto Forensics and Faraday Forensics) this position will work across all our businesses and disciplines including Traditional & Digital Forensics, Cyber, Digital Investigations, Archaeology, Anthropology, CSI and Training to develop and manage our training division.

We are based in Grove Business Park, South Oxfordshire which is set in 32 acres of land on the former Grove Airfield site between Wantage and Grove. These offices are an easy commute from areas of Reading, Swindon, Newbury and Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

The Training & Events Coordinator will assist the Training and Events Manger, with the coordination of our current courses and assisting with the roll-out of new courses. There will be a significant amount of organization and coordination of multiple courses, working closely with Sales & Marketing to assist with filling the various courses.

The candidate should be a focused, efficient, and tenacious person with an organised and productive work ethic. They should be an excellent communicator with a calm and confident nature. This role will be hands-on and will include the preparation and co-ordination of events and will work closely with all involved in the training.
• Assist with managing bookings for all group training courses and all administration (to include below but not limited to)
• Send joining instructions/accommodation details to customer.
• Assist where needed with the training booking systems and ensure all bookings are up to date.
• Handle all feedback for all courses and share with the relevant teams.
• Assist with the Co-ordination training schedules.
• Assisting with retrieving information from internal teams to provide proposals.
• Organise meetings/scheduling on behalf of training manager if required.
• Provide reports for management.
• Manage the training enquiries from social posts.
• Assist managing the triage of training enquiries, logging enquiries, follow ups on lapsed enquiries and passing relevant information onto the Training Manager
• Act as point of contact between our trainers and our delegates/customers
• Coordinate all events kits/stands and marketing collateral.
• Manage hotel bookings for any external events.
• Management of budget for events
• Follow up on event introductions.
• Handle all feedback for all courses and share with team

• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong Communication skills and IT Fluency
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent telephone manner and confident on the phones
• Some previous experience in Training, Events, L&D or a related field would be ideal.
• Ability to manage projects and multi-task.
• Proactive, focused, and self-disciplined
• Flexibility to work in the office and at events.
• Socially confident with excellent inter-personal skills
