You will motivate, train managers, and guide agents (existing direct agents, inactive agents, poor-performing agents, Orphan agents, New agents, And the employees of the Bank ).
You will procure fresh premiums through agents attached to you.
You will be responsible to recruit IC38 agents and composite agents.
Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
Develop Training in line with career development/training requirements of the Company
