Coordinate and lead training that includes classroom style, one on one coaching, all store meetings and leadership conferences, presentations to corporate Senior Management Proficient in reports making and data analysis-based training interventions done Work in sync.
with business stake holders for the region to create the visible foot prints of Learning and development and productivity enhancement Attrition control for the New hire (0-+0days) Working on Non performers with tested methodology under L&D framework & create relevant dashboard Conducting TNI basis which able to devise the training solutions Content Development to create impact in the unit basis TNI conducted Drive Management development program Conduct branch visits with the specific agenda in the given span Stake holder management.
Work in sync with business stakeholders to increase the productivity of new joiners and control attrition. Desired Candidate Profile Exposure of Asset lending product training Loans, MFI, Banking Sales Training with min. 3-4 yrs experience Good Interpersonal skills
