Job description
I am currently working with a lead partner at a highly regarded regional law firm, who is actively looking to recruit a senior attorney who specializes in corporate law to join their growing practice in Kansas City.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the firms senior partners in all areas of corporate and commercial law.
• Conducting in-depth analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential M&A targets.
• Offer advice to public and private companies and their management on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and other matters that affect business operations.
• You will work with clients across a broad array of sectors, including energy and aerospace.
• Assist in the development and future success of the firms corporate practice group.
Qualifications:
