About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Specialist to join our team as a Lateral Associate Attorney. This role requires a strong academic background, with a preference for individuals who performed in the top third of their class.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation in employment law matters, including both advisory and litigation work
Engage in both advisory and litigation work in the employment law field
Transition from a background in civil litigation to employment law
Requirements

Licence to practice law in the state of Washington
Strong academic performance, with preference given to candidates in the top third of their class
Prior experience in civil litigation, including discovery and motions practice
Experience with trial or arbitration and a background in billable hour work is preferred
