See the Unseen is a young and exciting travel agency based out of Pune.
We have ambitious plans to build a bouquet of products across segments and destinations. And we plan to help Indians and global travelers experience these.
Towards this goal, we are looking at self-starters, driven and entrepreneurial travelers to join us and build with us, a traveling company!

Reporting Manager: CEO
Job Location: Pune.
Experience: 3+ Years in Travel industry in Business Development roles.
Education: Min Graduate from a reputed institution.
Remuneration: Fixed component as per industry standards plus very attractive performance linked bonus.
Job Description:
The incumbent shall be responsible for end-to-end sales cycle and travel planning for prospective clients.
The role can be broadly classified but not limited to the following:
Sales Cycle Management
Calling and following up with prospects/leads to close travel deals.
Planning and building client specific itineraries
Creating tour itinerary documents (using MS Word or MS PowerPoint) to share tour plans with prospects and clients.
Pricing negotiations with prospects/leads.
Building long term relationship with clients and selling them different vacation plans periodically.
Booking/Ticketing and Operational overview
Using agency travel portals to book flight tickets for clients.
Initiating booking of travel and accommodation through respective vendors.
Ensuring timely payments to vendors and from clients.
Issuance of travel vouchers and booking confirmation to clients.
Onboarding new clients
In-trip and post sales service and customer support
Vendor Management
Identifying and initiating relations with different vendors - DMCs, Tour operators, Hotels, etc.
Maintaining and building relations with vendors that provide services as per the See the Unseen quality and service standards
Negotiating bulk deals and individual plan specific deals for maximizing profitability and client delight.
Ensuring operational effectiveness of vendors and regular quality control.
Tour Management
Managing client tour and ensuring delivery of travel services as per plan
Constant contact with on-ground vendors to ensure smooth and memorable travel experience for clients.
For big groups, accompanying groups on travel to destinations might be required.
New Product planning and itinerary building
Researching and planning global and domestic travel and vacation opportunities.
Identifying activities and excursions that can be part of See the Unseen’s bouquet of products
Building unique travel plans and itineraries that can be offered to clients and prospects.
Candidate Profile and requirement
1. Educational Qualification: Minimum: Graduation in any stream.
Preferred Diploma in travel and hospitality or MBA/PGDM
1. Work Experience: 2 years in travel industry – esp. in Business Development. This can be waved of for exceptional freshers.
2. Soft Skills: Effective communication skills, perseverance, attention to details.
3. Comfortable on MS Office products.

Remuneration and other perks
Annual Remuneration:
Fixed plus variable model.
Fixed CTC: As per industry standards
Variable CTC: Very Attractive Performance linked quarterly bonus.
