Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate Travel Operations Executive to handle booking, reservations, and ticketing processes for our clients using the Galileo and Amadeus GDS platforms.

This role involves providing seamless travel solutions and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities :
• Book and manage flights, hotels, and other travel services through Galileo or Amadeus GDS.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing travel itinerary options, and assisting with booking changes or cancellations.
• Process and issue tickets accurately and efficiently in compliance with fare rules and airline regulations.
• Keep records of customer preferences, travel details, and ensure timely communication regarding travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel operations and client satisfaction.
• Address customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Stay informed on airline fare structures, ticketing procedures, and travel industry regulations.
• Support the promotion of travel packages and provide detailed travel product information.

Qualifications :
• Fresh graduates trained in Galileo or Amadeus GDS systems.
• Basic understanding of airfare rules, ticketing, and travel industry protocols.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
