Businessolver is growing and is looking to add a Treasury Accountant to our team. We are looking for an experienced accounting professional that is looking to continue their career with an innovative and growing company. The Role:
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to external stakeholders timely
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
• Explain financial results and trends to customers, board members and external auditors
• Work with external auditors to provide information related to annual financial statements
• Research questions and gaps in information to ensure accurate financial statements and transactional activity
• Create new banking templates within banking system and compile banking activity
• Analyze banking activity to identify trends and eliminate risks
• Reconcile bank account activity daily and monthly
• Set up payments to client vendors for approval in accordance with contractual agreements
• Perform quality reviews of transactional data
• Prepare internal reports of operational performance
• Process payments within internally developed systems
Experience for the Role:
• 1-3 years accounting experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Proven experience preparing Financial Statements (Income Statement & Balance Sheet)
• Strong communication skills - an ability to communicate financial statements and results to external stakeholders
• Proven experience working with accounting software - posting journal entries in Sage, Netsuite, or similar
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work with a large amount of data and possess strong Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills
• Problem solving abilities - ability to work with others to arrive at solutions and a willingness to tackle challenges not previously faced by the Company
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities at the same time
• Readiness and flexibility to change priorities as new developments arise
The pay range for this position is 47K to 65K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
Candidates must live within the United States in order to be considered for this role.
