Treasury Manager Position

This role requires a seasoned professional with 6-10+ years of experience in managing banking operations within a non-banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the group's bank accounts, including account openings, closures, and authorized signatories.
• Nurture relationships with domestic and global banking partners.
• Evaluate quarterly and annual compliance with loan agreements to ensure timely principal and interest payments.
• Prepare daily cash positions and facilitate fund movements across group accounts.
• Cashflow forecasting: Weekly and monthly.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements monthly, addressing un-cleared items.
• Manage Bank Guarantees at the group level, including issuance, amendments, and closures.
• Handle rate coverage for A1/A2 payments.
• Develop comprehensive Treasury MIS.
• Provide required documentation and information to banks/financial institutions according to sanction terms and RBI guidelines.
• Invest in Mutual Funds and Bank Fixed Deposits.
• Bonus point for SAP proficiency.

Expected Salary Range: ₹60,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
