Role Overview: As their Trend Forecaster, you will be a key driver in identifying and translating emerging fashion trends into actionable insights for our design and product development teams. You will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and predicting key fashion trends in color, fabrics, silhouettes, and cultural influences. Your expertise will inform seasonal collections, product launches, and brand storytelling, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive research on global fashion trends, consumer behaviors, and industry developments.
Monitor runway shows, street style, pop culture, and digital platforms for early signals of emerging trends.
Develop seasonal trend reports and mood boards that highlight key color palettes, themes, and design elements.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to translate trend insights into creative direction and product concepts.
Present trend forecasts to internal stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations that align with brand strategy.
Track and analyze competitor activity and industry benchmarks.
Support the creation of trend guides, lookbooks, and visual assets to inspire internal teams and clients.
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, or something related.
3+ years of trend forecasting experience for the youth womenswear market
Deep understanding of fashion history, cultural influences, and global market dynamics.
