As a Sales Associate within Tudor, you will live and breathe our core values, have unparalleled enthusiasm for the brand, and strive to make anything possible for our clients. You will act as a role model, product expert, and drive sales, while ensuring that all targets are achieved and exceeded.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the “Art of Selling” with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.


You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience, our teams are trusted to work with autonomy whilst ensuring; high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our Harrods Rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys.

You will be responsible for:

Contributing to an open and effective communication channel within the team
Provide the highest quality service to customers and keep up with competing priorities
Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all products
Executing all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail and sales and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to your clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.

You will also:

Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
Have the ability to remain calm, even when under pressure.
You’ll be resilient, believing that anything is possible and can overcome challenges in front of you.
Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team.
Have a passion for the heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary design of Tudor watches.
Be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to keep up with the demands of Tudor.
Have the ability to story tell and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Have strong communication skills to manage the relationship with the brand externally.
