Graphic designer and video creator will support the organization’s marketing and communications team by creating materials that advance our branding efforts. This role requires creation of high-quality visual content that communicate a message or tell a story for internal and external marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating high quality visual designs, apps and websites for marketing needs - website design, email templates, SharePoint site, MicroSites, Websites, branding guidelines, infographics, videos, social media content, brochures.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Creating corporate websites and microsites on Wordpress and other content management platforms
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes for websites.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our marketing assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UI/UX/Design methodologies and testing activities in order to marketing team
• Generate solution demo videos for marketing campaigns that are unique and engaging to encourage consumers to purchase a product or service.
• Create graphic design templates and pre-designed templates for blogs, social media, website, emails for quick and ready-to-use designs with few customization steps
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with others and educate clients about the design process and explain the reasoning behind design decisions
• Create high impact infographics and presentation materials for social media, to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data, and ensure increased engagement

Qualification and Experience Required:
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in designing brand identities
• At least 2 years of visual design and video creation and editing experience
• Strong creative background having worked in a corporate marketing function, or an agency environment delivering to corporate clients (B2B)
• Expert level skills in Photoshop, InvisionApp, UXPin and other relevant design tools
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing, and web limitations
• Must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, & Photoshop).
• Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Strong creative skills with design led thinking
• Copy editing skill
