Job Responsibilities
Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for fintech applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate with development teams to create responsive designs that function across various devices.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve UI/UX designs.
Understand and design interfaces for banking modules such as account management, fund transfers, loans, deposits, reconciliation, and more.
Ensure the designs align with industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and fintech compliance requirements.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design processes.
Key Requirements
Must have 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Hands-on experience working on banking or financial institution projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
Strong understanding of banking workflows, financial products, and fintech modules.
Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio showcasing relevant projects, especially in the banking/fintech domain, is a Plus.
Good to Have
Knowledge of basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus).
Experience designing mobile banking apps or digital payment interfaces.
Awareness of fintech regulations, security practices, and user behavior in financial platforms.
