Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an UI-UX Designer , you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience. You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, widgets, pages, interactions for mobile as well as web applications.


Job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites , presentations , related to Mobile and Web Development.


Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.


Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and related tools


Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or tools.


Proven track record designing for web application high standard designs


Proven experience in designing for Mobile application high standard designs


Proven experience in designing for E-Commerce high standard designs


Excellent English writing skills


High end creative skills for designing cutting edge interface for client delight


Conceptualize visuals based on requirements


Test graphics across various media


Amend designs after feedback


Optimize existing user interface designs


Test for intuitivity and experience


Communicate with stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives


Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements


Create prototypes for new product ideas


Test new ideas before implementing


Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product.


The ideal candidate will have experience working with project managers, developers , QA and3BA’s etc.


REQUIRED SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE

3+ years of proven experience as a Web Application Designer or Creative designer or similar.


Demonstrable strong UX, UI, and graphic design knowledge & skills.


Must Have : Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, invision or other visual design and wire-framing tools.


Up-to-date with the latest Web application design trends.


Excellent communication skills.


Educational Qualification - BCA/Btech/AnyGraduate .


Ability to discuss and explain design options


Detail oriented


Critical thinker


Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.


Good to have : Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills .
