Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visuals, illustrations, marketing creatives, and video content that align with Broadways brand identity. This role requires a strong design sense, motion graphics capability, and an understanding of social media trends to drive engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Visual Design (Static) - UI/UX
Create high-quality static creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, website, in-store branding, and presentations.
Develop brand-aligned visuals, illustrations, and typography that enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.
Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.

Video & Motion Graphics
Design and edit short-form video content, motion graphics, and animations for marketing, digital ads, and brand storytelling.
Work on product showcase videos, campaign teasers, and in-store digital content.
Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, transitions, and video editing styles.

Branding & Content Strategy
Maintain and evolve Broadways visual identity across platforms.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative marketing campaigns.
Optimize designs based on audience insights and performance analytics.

Requirements
2-4 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics along with UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing both static and video content.
Experience in designing for social media, digital marketing, and brand campaigns.
Ability to create motion graphics, GIFs, and animated assets.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bonus: Experience with 3D design, UI/UX, or photography is a plus.,
