About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Underground Mobile Maintenance Parts Coordinator. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our underground mobile equipment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating the acquisition and inventory management of parts and materials for underground mobile maintenance projects
• Developing and maintaining accurate records of part usage, availability, and lead times
• Collaborating with supply chain teams to optimize procurement processes and minimize downtime
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in part procurement and stock levels
• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
