**Job Description:** As a Residential Manager in our Complex Behaviour Unit, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential facilities. This includes ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, managing staff teams, and maintaining high standards of care.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with individuals with complex behavioural needs. A degree in a relevant field such as social work or psychology would be advantageous. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
