Job Title: Customer Service Associate – UHC Process

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Work Days: 5 Days Working (2 Fixed Week Offs)
Transport: 2-Way Cab Provided
Education: Graduates / Undergraduates Eligible

Job Description:

We are hiring for the role of Customer Service Associate for our UHC (UnitedHealthcare) process, where you will play a crucial role in providing support to our US healthcare customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat support for U.S. healthcare members and providers
Resolve queries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and authorizations
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
Provide first-contact resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:

Excellent C1-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong comprehension and customer handling skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of healthcare or prior experience in U.S. healthcare process is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates or Undergraduates with relevant communication skills
Flexible to work in night shifts (US timings)
Immediate joiners preferred
