We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team and help drive data-driven decision making.
About the Role
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Create interactive dashboards using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, presenting key findings in an engaging manner.
• Write efficient SQL queries to gather and process data, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive smarter, data-backed decisions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders for real impact, communicating complex data points effectively.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar fields, preferably with a strong background in statistics and mathematics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including creating reports and presentations.
• A curious, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills, able to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
• Bonus: Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for advanced analysis, or Google Analytics for web data tracking.
