Zatun is a dynamic and innovative game development studio, specializing in creating immersive and engaging gaming experiences. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Unreal Developer to join our team and work on an exciting VR and PSVR 2 action game projects.
Job Responsibilities.
• Develop high quality 3D single player/multiplayer games for PC, PC VR and PlayStation in Unreal engine.
• Designing, creating, implementing, debugging, and refining game play features and game mechanics.
• Refine and iterate on existing combat systems, mechanics, and features.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Strong Knowledge of Level Design and core game mechanics.
• Collaborating with the art and design departments to improve game play, game features and final game output.
• Contribute to all aspects of the game’s lifecycle, including concept, design, prototyping, coding, testing, and support.
• troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues identified by QA testers and end users.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of Video Game industry experience
• Minimum 2+ years of game development experience with 3D Games for Unreal.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of game development experience with Unreal Engine 4.2.7/5.2.
• Strong Experience in development with C++/ C#.
• Familiarity with 3D graphics, spatial audio, and performance optimization techniques in VR.
• A solid understanding of game design principles, player experience, and player retention strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for gaming and keeping up with the latest industry trends.
Nice-To-Haves:
• Shipped at least 1 AA or AAA action game.
• Knowledge of VR Game development for Quest2.
Process:

• Based on the test, the suitable candidates will move to the next round
• The shortlisted final candidates will have to give a phone interview.
