Job description
Job Overview

As an In-House Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal functions across a wide range of areas, including commercial law, litigation, regulatory compliance, M&A activities, and employment law.

You will work closely with our in-house legal counsel to provide comprehensive legal assistance, ensuring we operate within legal frameworks while minimizing risks.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDA documents.
• Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Undertake legal research on issues and matters as directed by the in-house legal counsel.
• Prepare and review corporate documents, including board resolutions, minutes, and shareholder agreements.
• Liaise with our Head of H&S to compile reports relating to personal injury or property damage associated with site activities.
