Job Overview:
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our sales Department. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations.
• *Skills**:
Require Good Technical Knowledge in Android, iOS Flutter, MEAN, MERN, Salesforce, PHP, React Native, AWS, Frameworks, Mobile Apps, and Web Architectures.
• *Responsibilities**:
Cold call people using a given phone directory to pitch IT services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective Clients
Use scripts to provide information about services & solutions, prices etc. and present their benefits to business
Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s requirements
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• *Requirements**:
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/client service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant IT service Pitching
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Persistent and results-oriented
