Job description
Job Title : Human Resource Management

Company : Adani Group

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Global Capability Center team • Utilizing MS Office, Oracle HRMS or any other application to maintain and update employee records and data • Supporting the team in processing employee payroll and benefits • Collaborating with team members to resolve queries and issues related to HRMS • Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements within the Shared Services department • Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals • Adhering to company policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
