Job Description mentioned below :
• Managing / mentoring / utilizing and implementing collection strategy up to optimum level resource of collection team & result Oriented.
• Arrangement / implementation of training and reward for collection team as per performance.
• Follow up on all buckets in portfolio with special emphasis on NPA & High Value accounts.
• Constant monitoring & follow up of recovery efforts by recovery team including tele calling and field recovery staff.
• Allocate delinquent accounts to recovery agents / team members, monitor them and manage payments to the recovery agents / in-house team.
• Preparing, finalizing and reporting of MIS and collection data including assignments of targets.
• All recovery related process review and maintenance of MIS such as monthly recovery statement / NPA settlement and other related MIS.
• Majorly involved negotiation for OTS, Enforcement, and disposal of asset, reconstruction and restructuring of assets.
